Who I Am

I'm Brian Tr, Co-Founder and COO of Rework. Over the past 12+ years, I've focused on the operational and commercial side of B2B SaaS, building go-to-market engines, partnership programs, and the operational infrastructure that supports scale.

At Rework, I led the growth from zero to 10,000+ B2B customers. That journey included building our first sales playbook, establishing channel partnerships across Southeast Asia, and designing the onboarding processes that turned trial users into long-term accounts.
